I ordered a restricted receiver back in October. I was wondering if the registration process starts only once it arrives in Canada ? This was my first order with IRG which has been very easy, but the crazy long wait for the product might not be something I would do again. Im obviously not the pre order type of guy either.

From the email I received from them today, they are still waiting for export documents before the truck can leave. They said they are hoping to get all the orders out throughout the weekend. 100% will not be getting mine before Christmas.
Thats great but shouldn't I have received my registration by now. It usually takes a day or two once initiated ? Sorry to drag this out.
Give us this gift Irunguns and I place my order for a CZ Scorpion 50 rds drum mag.

It is so, Canada Post will be here today to pick up the first shipment. We apologize for the delays but with the help of a few great people at the State Dept. the licenses were all released on Dec 21st, prior to the Government shutdown. 2 drivers, 2600km later, some hard work by a bunch of great staff and things are rolling 3 days later.
