They don't sell to civi's, military contract only. Maybe if you make a million round order they might consider it.

You're better off hitting gunshows if you're looking for tracer. Shipping will kill you on small lots of ammo.

There's been quite a lot of .30-06 tracer at gunshows in AB the last couple of years.

The major manufacturers of tracer ammunition supply the government, not the civilian, commercial market.
You will occasionally see odds and ends for sale, as has been mentionned.
