seriously tho, with phone and internet purchases most stores require a photocopied picture of your PAL....that and your $$$

What I was getting at was Do you only need a PAL or do you need some sort of importers license, upon further looking, I realized If I were an american I'd need one therefore living in BC I'm completely fine thanks and sorry for the rude comment

It's a bit of a pain in the butt buying stuff from Marstar or any other internet retailer, in that you DO need to get a photocopy of your PAL (sometimes difficult to do), but their prices and (often more importantly) their stock is simply much higher than more conventional means.
