Reloading for the Yugo M48

I just bought an M48 and need to work up a load for it. What works for around a 190 grain pill?
The reloading books are aggravating because of the reduced loading so I'm so getting nowhere.

My m48 shoots 190g bullets all over the place. sights need to be at 300-400 in order to be on paper at 100 yards. 150g are much better.

What do you think of the maximum pressures in the Hodgdon Reloading data? There's so much confusion with the 7.9 x 57 7.9 X 57JS Mauser family...
