Parts compatibility for my Etro 8

Hello shotgunners, I have an Etro 8 shotty. I wanted to ask to any of you that have one what shotgun is it compatible with. Say if I wanted to customize it a little. I was told when I bought it that it's based on the 870. I emailed Canada Ammo and the fellow that answered didn't think so. But will keep pursuing it, so thought I'd ask you guys as well.

As far as I know the Etro 8 will be parts compatible with most other Turkish "870 style" shotguns, but no parts are interchangeable with Remington or Dominion Arms 870 shotguns. While they look very similar on the outside, once disassembled you will see that they are completely different. Even the stocks are not compatible, although S&J make an adapter to use 870 stocks on Turkish guns.
