$200-300 binos with Tripod adapter?

I'm thinking about upgrading my binos this year. I don't have a while lot of money to spend, and was hoping to spend under $300 (pre tax). My big reason for upgrading is the fact my current binos don't have the option of using a tripod.

So with that in mind, what are some decent affordable bino options that can be used with a tripod? Do most binos above a certain price point include this feature or...? Product descriptions on Cabelas ect rarely seem to mention it one way or the other...
 
I personally don't have much experience in that price range so I'll let others give comments on that. What I can say is that the majority of binoculars will require some kind of aftermarket adaptor to attach to a tripod. I'm positive that no pair of Vortex binos actually comes with the adaptor.

Im not concerned about them coming with an adapter, they just need to be compatible with one. My current binos don't have anywhere to screw the adapter into.
 
I cant speak to the vortex line, but I see a lot of guys use a tac-table on top of their tripod, and then put some sort of rear bag (even a bean bag) on top of that, and rest the binos on top. The rear bag offers enough malleability to hold the binos on target.

If youre worried about it falling off, there are some options where a rubber strap goes over the whole bino on top of a flat tray (kinda the universal option).

Gotcha! In that case I know most Vortex have a spot where an adaptor can thread into. 100% positive the Diamondbacks do and they are in your price range. Not trying to push Vortex, it's just that I'm familiar with them more than other brands.

They might have been a discontinued model, I'm sorry I can't check as they are out at the cottage.
But that prostaff looks like the closest thing they have atm, but I think mine are 12x50.

Got 'em on sale at the time which leads me to think discontinued.

The 10x50 diamondbacks are a bit more than I want to spend ($390) but the 8x42s are getting close ($340). Add a sale in there and we are right about where my max is, so they could be a good option...
