Beretta 92S Surplus

Anyone try one of the Beretta 92S surplus models that are floating around? Very tempted but have never bought surplus anything before...

I have one,and they are decent pistols...aside from the mag release on the heel of the frame...but you can get used to it...

The sights were pretty hard to pick up on mine and pretty beat up. Not bad for the price but if you spend a little extra get a used FS

I bought a surplus 92S a couple of months ago. It shoots well but the sights are poor. I put a dab of white nail polish on the front sight and it made it much better in low light.

I bought mine from Tenda. I had them show me several. They were all about the same. Lightly scratched up grips, very good bore, some holster wear. I paid $399 plus tax and thought it was a good buy.
