Yup. We gear up in the club house, pour a cup of coffee, take our pills and forget where we are going. Four hours later we wake up, take our gear off and go home. If the wife asks how was shooting, the answer is: "About the same as last month, Harry isn't looking all that good and Paul is deaf as rock."

This should be included in the stage briefing.
Although....a blindfold stage....maybe with a rope guidewire to hang onto with your off-hand....heh. That would be fun to present earnestly just to see heads explode.

Thanks for the replies guys. The reason I asked was because there is a new mag base in the works and we are deciding how important it is to make it idpa compatible

If you want sales from IDPA shooters you just have to make sure a gun will fit in the box with the mag base attached. There is not wiggle room at Sanctioned matches. It is going to be the competition types who will chase the bases. Check out the rules for weighted bases as well.
