I was fortunate to be able to shoot the regular size Glock then the slimmer new single stack g48
At 6’3 I don’t have the smallest of hands and it was an adjustment shooting the slimmer g48 compared to the regular double stack guns. I put 40 rounds down range with the g48 and thank you to Glock for bringing me mags a plenty to give it a good try out.

Handled that gun at the Glock booth as well, cannot wait for govt to get back online so we can get them shipped for our market.

What law is preventing you getting a 43x?

Well technically there is no law preventing me from owning one. But there is a law preventing me from owning a decent looking one. Id rather have the G48 than a G43X with a pinochio barrel sticking out.

Currently the silver slide is the marketed finish for the time being.

Thanks for responding.

Between you and me (and everyone else reading these forums) I don't get it. If memory serves me right Glock always had OEM black-coloured treatment/finish until recently. Why they are starting with this silver (most likely nickel, my guess thats what the "n" stands for) nPVD finish when PVDs can be of different colour (including black) is just mind boggling.
