Aimpoint PRO magnifier recommendation

I'm now use an Aimpoint PRO as my go to red dot sight and am looking for a 3x magnifier and flit mount recommendation.
I'm considering buying an Aimpoint or EOTech 3x magnifier but am not sure about which to buy.
(The EOTech is less expensive and easier to find).

Little thread bump - OP, did you decide on a magnifier? Other guys, how are they working, and what rifle are you putting the combo on? Just curious!

I have a previous Gen eotech magnifier, and I must say, I like it quite a bit. It feels solid, with a good build quality. The optical quality, I think it's very good. I like that I can reverse it to flip right or left. The one thing I do not like, is how the throw levers lock (or don't). I believe this issue was resolve with the newer gen eotech magnifier, so it should be a moot point. All in all, I have no issues with my eotech, but I cannot give you a comparison to the aimpoint as I've never looked through one, sorry.
