You should check the very first post on the forum ;)

We are closed for the annual SHOT show Jan 22-Jan 25. We will have email, but limited time to answer until next week.

BCL is handling the NEA warranty work now. You email BCL and they send you a form, you fill it out and include it with your firearm when you mail it to them in Ontario.

Did you pick up the phone and call?

You won't find much help this week due to shot show. Try again next week.

Like i said in previous comment. The first email sent was on dec 6. However i did get a email reply last night from CA and was advised to wait until next week. I get that they have stuff going on right now but its been 1.5 months just get this far.

Contact BCL directly. I reached out to them on Insta and got the warranty work going on my rifle.

Took me about 8 months to get a barrel back from warranty. Followed all proper procedures emailed countless times. They just ignore you until they feel like dealing with it. There was no phone number available anywhere at my time of dealing with them. Buy another brand with customer service next time around is all I can advise.

I've had a couple proverbial "hickups" with NEA products and never had a problem getting things resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to buy their related products again.

Read what CanAm posted in the first thread you made maybe. You have to deal with the manufacturer directly, that’s BCL’s rules from what I hear. CanAm literally can’t help you.
