Wk180

As we don't want to post it on another company's thread, we thought we'd show ours here :) . This is our WK180C complete with:

New 7.62X39 Upper
IBI Barrel
RWA Bolt Catch and Release
Two-piece front take down pin
RWA Titan 30 Cal brake
Built in brass deflector
Steel left hand charge side panel to prevent wear on the receiver.
True 1913 Picatinny rail

Available in 300 blackout too :)

Will also post them on our own page with additional information. First run of 7.62X39 is almost all spoken for, but another run is right behind it.

This means I'm one step closer to my 7.62x39 wk180c. I will be the first in Canada to have a 7.62x39 wk. this has me so excited.

Here are my most recent pictures of my new 'Yote RIG! Newly added BOLT RELEASE from RWA (THANKS!), as well as, 3x9x45mm Diamondback Vortex SCOPE. Really happy with the way it turned out!! Just waiting on TACSHEEP brass deflector!!

Looking forward to being able to post pictures!!! hahaha

We are off to the range with the 7.62x39 again today. We should be posting some footage of the upper running, as well as some groups within the next few days. Its a dirty job...but someone has to do it. ;-)

where did you get the cover for the wk and the sling mount at the back?

That is not a Kodiak upper.....

RWA is manufacturing complete RWA-180B's and their own uppers in 7.62x39 and 300 BLK that will fit a Kodiak WK-180C (as well as making spare parts and upgrade parts for the Kodiak WK-180C).

More Canadian ingenuity.

Barry or Kevin @ RWA will have to tell you what stock they used in that picture.

Its an AP4 Buttstock from DPMS. :) (pretty sure anyway, we have had a couple non-DPMS stocks in house, but the bulk of what we put together is DPMS)

If by cover, you are referring to the ejection side with brass deflector, it is built in (ie machined) on the upper, and works like a dream.

Cheers,
Barry

Ugh, I'm still waiting on parts for mine. Can't wait to show it off when it's done. But that'll be a few more months unfortunately. Only thing I'm undecided on is what optics to throw on her. Right now all I got to spare is a Vortex Spitfire.

Oh wow thanks for the link to the site. It has a bolt catch and release add on! Fantastic.

Didn't want to drop too much on a scope this was one was around 200.00, it is heavy but the clarity is good and the .223 BDC will really take out the guess work.

Love the locking turrets as well, but did replace the included one piece mount with UTG QD

Hey! Just curious, I’m setting my WK up similar to yours. 45 offset buis and the VG and sling.
Just curious:
-What sights are those, and how are they performing? Any quirks about 45 offset sights you find? (I ordered the UTG set from amazon, just waiting to ship)
-Also, that Magpul sling (ms4?) do you find it comfortable set up in those positions?, and what parts are you using to attach to the WK receiver loop thingy’s? (Haha)
