As mentioned above, Black Box does a super strong job, on par with most custom shops stateside. I haven't seen a ton of Red Tower's work, but it has all looked great. My understanding is that you may shave a few bucks, but at least with BB you know exactly what you're getting.

Lastly, I'd always suggest TacOrd, but my understanding is that they've moved mostly to commercial orders. Sad, because I always loved working on little projects with them.
