Hey guys~quick question from this non RPAL holder.. I ended-up buying a Ruger PC Carbine and for the first time, needing to learn more about the most economical/reliable pistol magazines to use with it. I was very impressed with the build quality of the SR9 magazine (stamped that it's made in Italy) but I wasn't expecting that kind of loading effort. Blaming freezing hands, not lack of strength/manliness.
Gun ran flawlessly, but I imagine it would with either mag type. I understand that SR9 pistols ship with a speed loader but the rifle doesn't. I don't see myself with more than 3 mags if I'm being honest, so both magazine types are options for me. Can any of you tell me where the best place is to buy new mags, that might also have a speed loader? In the interest of transparency, if I end-up getting my RPAL this year, a Glock pistol is not on my short list. So, if there is still merit in going the Glock route in spite of that, I'd be curious as to "why?". From what I can tell so far, availability is the key factor...but what is the difference in price anyway?
thanks for taking a moment to reply
