Yup. I just had my deposit returned thanks to that .

I had confidence that the issues would be fixed by the time the pre order ones would arrive. I really wanted one of these!!! I'm pretty choked that they have been deemed prohibited. Actually fairly pissed off. This was really my dream 308 bullpup.

Only handguns get prohib by barrel length. Apparently easy to convert to full auto. We will need DT to rework the design so another sample can be submitted or we are up #### creek with out a paddle in sight.

I still think it needs to be further refined. I don't know if that's a one off they tuned for the review. I heard people having to polish their own internals to get it to run well. Hopefully by the time it's ready for us and approved it'll be functioning well.

Easily... as in 6 weeks of work for a team of expert machinist in a shop with all the latest machining tools.
