Carts for sporting clays

I read all of this and it just says to me we are all getting old I think so might as well get smarter and use what ever we can to make life easier

LOL. Pretty sure if, in my twenties and thirtys, I could have afforded a cart, I would have had one. Maybe not older, so much as smarter and more comfortable.

Right up until my back issues started, I actually enjoyed the walk. I never thought that I would be resorting to a powered cart.

Never thought I would see the day I had to ask questions like I just did. I don't feel old until I look in the mirror or try to do the stuff I did 10 yrs ago before I got sick. I prefer to think we are not old 3macs, just well experienced.

We still walk - at least many of us. We just carry the heavy stuff in the push cart. Sporting clays is probably the most social part of my life - after family of course. Some great friends to be made for sure.

The people I shoot with all walk with push carts or carry, I have no desire to ride any cart!

Sick is the big one my friend. Like I have said here before went from a strong race horse to a donkey overnight from zero pills a day to most days more than I have fingers and toes
Older people always told me if you have your health you have everything now I know what they were talking about
Oh well not complaining feet hit the floor today so all is good
Take care of yourself and if a cart helps do it
Could be worse and not have a sporting clays course to shoot like here

It’s just like fishing everyone on shore wants to be in a boat.


The horse back field trials are much the same.

I just registered for our DU fundraiser shoot in May, and I booked the last available power cart. The DU shoot is the most popular shoot of the season at our range, and it fills up quick.

They do get great support for their fun shoots. I think they have the provincials this year as well.
