Diemaco CAR stock

I've got a couple Diemaco CAR stocks. One polymer and another aluminum. I wanna toss a recoil pad on the polymer unit. Anyone know if a standard Colt Canada butt pad from a current CC stocks will fit the CAR stock? The stock looks to be the same dimensions however I don't want to waste my money trying to be a test pilot here.

I might still have one kicking around.

That said, the N1 stock you've got is Colt, used by Diemaco but not specifically made by them.
There are Diemaco stocks that are discernible by the shiny lever and matte body. As with most the stamp is barely visible.

Cool thanks for the info. This stocks were 100% take offs from Diemaco rifles but I had no idea that Colt made some stocks for Diemaco. Thanks for the info

the new ones do, but the stocks on the original C8's did not.

Just the newer ones. Older/ retro units like these did not.

Yup, and 4 position later on.

Thanks, got the upper & just dug thru the junk box to find out I have a 2 position buffer & stock.
