nationals!??! Comments, pics, etc?!??!

god,... difficult question to answer with out being there:(......but generally a person should move quick when not shooting, and know where they are going on a stage. Try a PM to him and ask him how he did overall perhaps.....

Definately a newer shooter, but if that is the speed you feel comfortable shooting at and you're having fun then take your course and come out and join us.

unfortunatly the nearest course is 5 hours away, and involves hotels and such if I could even get into a course, then the closest match would be same place...

If there are enough of you up there interested, I am sure one of the instructors would put on a Black Badge course.

Aww, Westicle...

In the early days of IPSC, people would drive 14 hours to shoot a 60 round match, then drive 14 hours back home...

Up until a couple of years ago 12hrs for a match for me was common. I would drive 3hrs round trip just for a clubmatch. All depends on how bad you want too shoot. Actually miss competing more than I thought I would. Probably see you guys next year.:) After I talk to Peter or Gunnar about a recert.

Cheers

man, I guess we're just lucky here in the Toronto area... There's a level 2 pretty much every weekend during the summer within 1.5h drive, and a level 1 or 2 every weekend during the winter too...

Hey Jeff
we might be doing a 3 gun in the fall (talk to Troy) might be able to re cert you then. Ill talk to Gunnar

Hey Sheldon. That Potlicker also known as Troy is putting the match on while I am working. Too new at my job to be asking for time off as well it is hunting season up here in a big way. All my coworkers with some time in have been booked off for quite some time. I am going too try too make it down just for a weekend of shooting if I can. I will give you a shout if that happens.

Cheers

I got someone to vid most of my stages. Dont know if anyone is interested in seeing a 290 lb indian running Checkers or Wreckers around PoCo though.

I'll see if I could get a copy of the tapes as we got vid of every stage Manny shot and a couple of Angus and Mike.

In the winter, I drive 2.5 -3 hours each way to shoot in halifax. In the summer I can get away with 45 minutes to 1 hour, twice a year, and usually it is 2 hours, and 3.75hrs.

As long as they aren't as disturbing as the pics from your course with Manny, I'd like to see them. :D

Fort St John is growing by leaps and bounds .
Must be others with the desire possibly some with experience .
Three or four dedicated shooters could make it happen in your area .
