Not the upper-end of red dots, but i've had great success and swear by the Vortex Sparc II co-witnessed on my CX4. Shoots consistent lasers - same hole shots out to 100y if i do my part.

I am considering a second for another carbine.. either that or a Sig Romeo 5 co-witnessed

I have a Vortex Crossfire 2 on mine. Co witnesses perfectly with the iron sights without the extended hight mount on the optic.

I highly recommend the SIG romeo 4.

It sits nicely on top and the angles work well IMO.

They run $400-$500 bucks and the newer ones have multiple reticle options.

I have two now. I find they perform very well.

For an upper end optic I'd agree with going for one of the Aimpoint Micros. My CX4 is more of a fun gun for me so I've got the similar-sized Holosun 403C on mine.

The new Holosun green dot is excellent. Might not be as high end as an aimpoint, but it's a great optic. The green dot is easily superior to a red dot IMO, catches your eye a lot quicker.

Hensoldt RSA or the commercial version the Zeis Z point. It’s s great match for the Storm. Works great on the CZ scorpion evo3 as well. Automatically adjust brightness for light or dark areas. One of the few optics that matches up perfectly with the Storm iron sights.

I have a Holosun HS510C and it works well. Has great battery life and has solar power too. 2 MOA dot and 32 MOA circle.

Op it’s bad form to start a thread asking for suggestions and then after you get the info you want asking for it to be deleted. Others may have the same questions. Makes me not want to bother helping you or spending my time answering questions you might have!

I feel like some guys do it because they’re self concious about the bandwidth they take up by starting a thread. I think it comes from a place of misguided humility, not malice.

But this was a pretty good and useful thread, though, not like a bunch of posters raggin’ on OP. Threads like this have been a great value to me when I’m thinking of buying a new gun.
