Zefarm?

Please don't waste your time. I just wrapped a several month headache with Zefarm.
I contacted him November 1st about a post war P38, took a week to get back to me about EMT details, paid right away. Took him a week to accept, started the transfer a week later. On November 29th I let him know the CFO had emailed me the transfer. I contacted him 4 times throughout December asking him when he had shipped, all 4 times he said he'd have it in the post right away. Early January I contacted the CFP who advised me to contact the RCMP. I contacted the RCMP and BC CFO, then the CFP. I had to sit down and give a statement to the cops about the whole situation, forward all of the emails.
Only after getting the RCMP and CFO involved did he finally ship it. The whole ordeal took about 11 to 12 weeks.
Save your time, whatever cost savings it's not worth the trouble.

My experience was similar to the above. Sent an EMT for a pricey gun with accessories. Said he would have it shipped that week. Two weeks go by, email him...says it will be shipped in a week or two. Two months go by, says he is trying to find a suitable box, will ship by weekend. This goes on for another 2 months and he would no longer answer my emails. I email him and told him I would have to report it to the firearms officer/RCMP. Still nothing. Two weeks later, still not getting responses to either his phone or emails, I contact my firearms officer who passes it on to the local RCMP. I sent him an email informing him of where things stood. He makes immediate apologetic contact and he explains that he had a new job and a new kid, and was overwhelmed. The next email he calls me a bully. This was after almost 4 months and he has my 4K and my stuff, and wouldn't answer. Well he got it into the mail that week.

He inherited all his Dad's stuff, and has been disposing of it as the executor of the estate. But he is in over his head. His Dad was an honorable vendor who is probably rolling in his grave these past couple years. If you are doing a face to face transaction with him at a gun show, then go for it. His Dad had nice product. But if dealing through the internet/mail, I would suggest you shop elsewhere. The perceived savings are not worth the ulcers.

I had the same experiences as related above. Stay far far far away from Zefarm. It is 100% guaranteed you will not have a good buying experience.

A couple years after Jose died I ordered some grips that were in stock. After I showed interest in the grips the son said sure I could have them but they would cost $20 more than his listed price.....just because. I told him to stick it and that his father would be ashamed of him. Don't waste your time. Douche Supreme.

Has anybody had recent dealings with Zefarm?

About this time last year I noticed that his website advertised several examples of a particular revolver I was looking for. In the end I did not have to get the police involved, but it took 3 months to do a transaction on a gun that was in stock on his website. Response time to any and all communication ranged from kind of slow to interminable. Along the way we discovered that several items in his inventory are miscatalogued or don't actually exist anymore. It definitely stood out as a poor experience, though I do like the revolver I ended up with.

Didn't you know, he was trained by Armand from Badger Arms, a very sophisticated dealer in fine guns and an outstanding (former) sponsor of this site.
