It's gonna be a great bear hunt this year. For the couple / three weeks my Cuddeback has been out I've captured over 300 images of bears. Three or four that are real trophies.

Couple little ones duking it out for dibs on breakfast...

This looks like and OLD bear to me...

The time is off on these, batteries fell out and I wasn't wearing a watch to reset the time.

Reloading with sweetmix and crackers.

This little guy comes and knocks it over.

Heading up this weekend to retrieve more photos from a different bait site. Can't wait to see what the camera caught!

Looks good. Is that where your camp is? What make and model trail cam is that? It seems to take nice pic's!

Dave.

Great pics!!! Awsome bears, I would love to have the oppertunity to arrow one of those! how often do you bait them?? I am thinking of maybe trying it next year up by my father in law's but I think I can only make it up there about once a week, would that be enough?

Once per week is fine pre-season. Depepnding on the bears activity, I will bait everyday - maybe every other day during the hunt.

I've got seven baits out, five of them are treestands appoximately 25 yards back. The other two are ground blinds, 100 yard shots.

Very nice pics.
Looking at the bush density in the back ground reminds me of a Spruce/Balsam stand with a lot of deciduous in the under story. Boy, one has to go slow when hunting in that stuff but I have shot a lot of deer in that kind of timber type. Great bear and whitetail habitat, I could only imagine the scrape lines that one might find. A guy needs a compass in that stuff as it's easy to get turned around.

Those are very nice pics, my trail camera is nowhere near as celar. How many Megapixels? Mine is just as high as my digital camera at 2.1mp but nowhere near the equivelent quality. Crap lens I expect.

Anyways, nice pictures and a couple nice bears there.

Those pics look great... that camera is a handy tool!

The one fellow in there is nice; big and heavy, and his coat looks good too.

I'd say he needs shooting.

Good luck!

It shoots 3.1 Megapixels with daylight, and 1.7 at night.

looks like a great hunt coming up for you:shotgun:..
are the times showing on the pics near to being correct?
thanks for sharing the photos

All except the ones with me, the little bear and ravens.

The big bears have me patterned.....they never see any human pressure early in the morning pre-season. They're in for a surprise starting in 10 days. Trialcam = indespensible tool.
