Marlin Papoose mags and shroud...?

Everyone seems to be out of the Promag 25 rounders. But Cabelas has the 10 round nickel plated in stock. Do you lads know of a better source for Marlin .22 mags?

Also, looking for a shroud instead of the barrel nut? Any ideas? Or sources?

I'd never though about swapping the barrel nut with a shroud, but you got me curious, and this is what I found from some quick google searching:
