I'm real close to the dates you have listed and also in Ontario. I took the restricted course though.

Jan 11,12,13 CFSC, CFRSC taken
Feb. 7 results back from province
Feb. 9 mailed registered, package delivered Feb. 14 with signature
28 day wait period March 15 for restricted license

I'll be checking next week for any action on the website.

You'll probably get your card next week. Mine showed up (BC) within 2 weeks of my cc being charged.

First time AB rpal here. Took last course Jan 6. App was received Jan 15 with no boxes. Lost 2 weeks as my references dated 2018 haha. Website was updated as issued on the 11th. 55 day total, and about 40 without mail time.
 
I completed the PAL and RPAL firearms course and sent the application off. Received their end 27 Feb. Will update more when i get updated. Still within the 28 wait time.

That pissed me off. I'm at double that time and they're telling me to wait another 6-8 weeks. Wtf?!
 
My timeline. ONTARIO

January 12th - Took Non restricted course

Feb 10th - Received from course report thingy from OPP

Feb 12th - Mailed out all paperwork via snail mail

March 15th - Appeared online as received

March 17th License has been issued.

NOW I AWAIT MY CARD

March 18 - License has been processed and issued. Now I wait for it to come in the mail!!

See that's just odd... I've been crossing days off on the calendar since 2nd week of November, sux to be me but grats!
 
I've heard 3 different timelines from CFP.

1. 45 days total (including 28 day waiting period) on their website
2. 45 days after 28 day waiting period from a person on the phone
3. 45 BUSINESS DAYS after 28 day waiting period, from another person on the phone

They are taking their sweet time with mine as well.

Maybe it goes into a different, slower pile if they see AB in the province box. :p

You somehow passed me... I called them today to see what's up cause 2 of you seem to have passed me. Lady told me my application was with the CFO in Ontario and waiting their approval. Hopefully soon. Here is my updated timeline:

Feb 8, 2019 R.C.M.P. claimed to have received my application on this date.
March 11, 2019 Credit Card charged $60, Application listed "in progress" on website.
March 19, 2019 Phoned in and was told application is with CFO

Shows online as “in progress” February 8th

Hasn’t changed since

Spoke to CFO office who gave me the number for Nadine Teeft in Toronto. Apparently she has my application. So far she hasn’t returned my messages.

Anyone have a similar situation in Toronto? I have no background and did not check any boxes.

Sounds like the Ontario CFO office assigned it locally (Toronto). Defiantly flagged, I’d get in touch with who it’s assigned to and get to the bottom of it.

She also the detective for Organized crime unit and guns and gangs unit.

Nada.... I check twice a day like me pushing the button on the website is going to make it go faster ;)
I'm doing a PAL to RPAL conversion. My last call in was a month ago and they told me to call in a month. I'm past that time now so I'm thinking of calling again.
**called.... told "oh wow... that's a long time.... I let the officer know you're calling, but call back in a month if you still don't have it."

Check deposited - 4th Nov
Called RCMP - 19th Nov (they have evrything they need and at Prov. CFO)
Called RCMP -3rd Dec (again told they have everything they need and at Prov CFO. Asked to be transfered, was told it's too early but they had to transfer the call if I requested, I did. Got connected to a nice lady at the Prov. CFO, she asked a few questions and issued my licence, to be mailed out later this week)

No References called, one check box ticked.

Now waiting on my physical card to put a dent in that CC.

Card in hand - 10th Dec.
