Yes, I bought one this summer from LeBaron. I ordered it online on a Sunday night, and it was here by Friday. It's awesome. Looks, feels and shoots every bit as nice as you would think.
It's very lightweight but without the corresponding increase in felt recoil. Very similar in design to my Browning Gold Fusion (same company and many of the same parts). Very soft shooter. Not as gentle as a Rem 1100, but less than my Beretta 391 Urika. The grey coating on the metal looks very cool too. I am very pleased with it. Shoots awesome. Nice wood. I thoroughly cleaned and oiled it when I received it and it has cycled all my target loads without hesitation right out of the box. The SX3 also comes with stock spacers to easily adjust length of pull.
If I absolutely had to give one of the two up I would keep the Browning Gold Fusion and sell the Winchester SX3 (although I have no intention of getting rid of either). They are very similar, but the Fusion has the mag tube cutoff and the speed loading which I don't find a very useful function for me. They are pretty much the same price if you look around for a deal.
But that's just my opinion.
