Ruger take down 10/22 question

Some people remove the bolt and polish the inside of the receiver. A poly wolly bolt buffer is an idea also, some find the clacking bolt noise too much. Enjoy yourself
 
Thanks. I forgot to mention that I changed the bolt buffer to an orange one I had kicking around. The trigger feels a little bit gritty, I'm sure there are some mods for this?

That's a very nice looking setup KDX!
Definitely the trigger is the next required upgrade. The bolt hold open mod and polish would be the minimum. I would be tempted to get the Kidd drop in upgrade kit or a Brimstone Tier 1.

Thanks. I'm not too thrilled with the idea of sending my trigger group away, so I will look at upgrade parts. I've never polished a 10/22 bolt, I assume there are some tips and tricks videos on youtube?
 
Never polished a bolt either,maybe he means inside the receiver. You could just go for “broke” and drop 400$ on a Kidd trigger
