Pachmayr Flush Mount Sling Swivels

I've got an old Browning BBR which came from factory with a set of these. They're both a little chewed up and I don't have a set of slings to go in them, it also appears Pachmayr no longer makes them. Anyone know how to remedy this problem? It's not a necessity, but being able to sling a rifle sure is convenient.

Fill the hole with wood and install regular studs. It can be done nicely...

I think WGP has some if you're in a pinch. I have a set, but am hanging onto them because I know if I sold them I would end up having to look for a set down the road.
