I assume you mean a normal trimming. I use the Lyman trimmer with a collet I made on my lathe that fits resized necks perfectly.
If you mean major trimming such as reducing base A cases then use a pipe cutter then normal trimming to finished length and true up the mouth of case.

See if the round even needs trimming. 11mm Mauser has a nice forgiveness length and I haven't trimmed my Dominion 11mm Mauser even after 3 shots in the brass using smokeless powder.
Use regular trimmering techniques if you're making your own brass out of 300win mag or rem mag, though.
