The only "rifle" upper I am aware of is the STI rifle upper which is shown as in stock on Freedom Venture's website.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

I was offered a free barrel from a friend. But I figured I should only accept it if I actually plan on using it.
That means building a complete upper to go with the barrel.

If I can get one for a hundred bucks or less, I think I shall proceed.
