Hey ya'll I found and promptly bought a nazi marked hi-power up has the 500m tangent sight all matching numbers correct marked mag and grips. It's in very good condition for it's age I can post some pictures when transfer goes through if anyone's interested to see. But I'm wondering if anyone might know what it would be worth?

Got to be worth more than $500 in Canada. I just purchased a BHP (1993, Chrome finish) for about $750. All others that I have seen are in the $650-750 range. Your pistol is a true WWII collector's item and part of the unique history of the Hi Power - I am sure that the right buyer will be wiling to pay well north of $1000 for it. Key will be finding the right buyer.

I went and picked it up today. The proof marks are WaA103
(All over the gun including faintly on the magazine). Everything is original matching and correct. And I gotta say i fired 60 rounds and this is I very very nice trigger.
I read that most of these were issued to SS and Luftwaffe units can anyone collaborate this?

$500 for a German marked HP, you guys are on crack! I haven't seen one for sale below 1K in at least 2-3 years, tangent sights or not.

I tend to watch the GTA and Switzers auctions quite regularly. The Occupation Hi Powers I've seen sell over the past 18 months or so have run from $690 for a very well worn example to around $1,000-$1200 for guns in nice shape.
