It’s been about a year now since I got into the game of owning a firearm, played around with some bushnell scopes and such but finally decided to get a nice scope didn’t really know much but went to go big tactical. They literally went up and above their way on service answered all my question all in a timely matter even to call me and explain any discrepancies or questions during the purchase or shipping even went as far as finding a quicker way to get my new scope to me. I would highly recommend these guys and will to my friends the icing on the cake was opening the box today to find stickers and the like for my rifle case, Oh and the scope of course.

Wish I had got that service from Tenda.

After my rifle failed within their 7 day policy refund, I got shuffled off to the manufacturers warranty site not even close to Tenda.
Tenda was sorry. Tenda was the retailer not the warranty site. Seek relief from the manufacturers warranty repair depot they said.

On my dime, I sent my rifle to the warranty site. The warranty depot eventually repaired it & sent it back to me 2 (two) months later. At least i didnt have to eat the return postal shipping cost. Tenda is a retailer, they refer warranty claims to the makers site & assume no responsibility. Bad!

Tenda: Not Performance! Warranty repair depot: Not Performance!
