Just buy a 99$ aero from Saskatoon gun works. You won't find them much cheaper than that

Most places are selling out/sold out of the $99 Aero lowers (Saskatoon and others).

But there is a place that sells tigers with arms in Port Coquitlam BC that has over 100 Gen II Aero lowers in stock, at $99.

And if you want a hand gun, S&J TT stripped frame for $52.49 taxes in shipped.

So for $164.49 taxes in and shipped you’ll have an AR and a handgun. If things go sideways and it’s confiscation, you don’t loose much. If it’s grandfathering, you’re in for cheap.

Not the friendliest bunch of guys but I dropped by and bought three.
