It's a scare tactic, fear mongering, and an attempt to manipulate the election. You guys do realise that the government, even with a majority government, can't enact "secret" legislation through cabinet. It has to be full and open like any other legislation. The most they can do is classify a couple more rifles as restricted, which a conservative government could reverse just as easily.



Use your heads, think independently, and don't listen to all the fake news and manipulation out there.

That’s why all sides must not attack each other and leave each other alone. We love the police we love our military and that is why we fear a gun ban or confiscation ... civil war is terrifying and will surely happen and nobody wins. Canadians are not Australia or England or New Zealand things are different here

We need peace and we need Justin out of office and sheer in so let’s vote one out and the other in

I doubt that there will be such an announcement.
However, I would not be at all surprised if Justin announced that, if re-elected, then they will bring in a ban of certain firearms.
After all, the Justin-Liberals are not doing well in the polls, Justin’s personal stock has crashed, and they know that this is an issue that may polarize and motivate swing-voters, in particular.

Without some sort of devastating event (such as the NZ massacre) here in Canada, it would be silly for Trudeau to announce a sweeping gun ban in an election year. It would piss too many people off. They know this, they aren't (that) dumb. If elected a 2nd term, that's a different story. People are stupid... Trudeau can do any ridiculous thing at the start of his term and at election time 4 years later people forget. Hell, even after 4 straight years of pure stupidity, there are still people willing to support the guy.

Tell that to Justin borque who murdered three innocent rcmp officers in Moncton, that was an ambush never mind going door to door confiscating.

I don’t think anybody is encouraging violence here, rather trying to let everyone know that the gun ban confiscation thing is a bad bad idea.

The firearm community loves the military and police - that being said people are dangerous when they are Afraid and attacked and stolen from.

Let’s seek peace and unity let us vote out Justin.

People who have the potential to be pushed to the brink to commit an act of violence such as the one you reference are the type of people who shouldn't have been issued a firearms license in the first place. I agree that a gun ban/confiscation is a bad bad idea, but publicly stating that it's possible some firearms owners may turn violent is a bad bad bad idea. After all, we aren't alone on this forum.
 
We know it’s being monitored and it’s important to not act like the monitors don’t know the dangers of banning and confiscating. Look at the positives of standing with the firearm community’s and going after the street gangs and terrorists . Why would Justin And the liberal party create such a catastrophic situation like this ? in reality It benefits no one.

Millions of firearms owners hundreds of thousands if not more semiauto rifles is not an easy thing to tackle !

The best way to disarm everyone is to destroy the environment which is the reason why theres heavy amounts of vhemtrails sprayed in the west coast. Geoengineering is climate changing causing droughts and wild fires. Cut off food and water supplies and easy to disarm everyone. A satanic agenda controlled by those you cannot criticize.

Don't be so sure Canadians will stand up in protest against this. Even Global news ran a huge story condemning the RCMP after High River but the worst they got for it? Judging by the response in the High River town hall AFTER THE FACT? Also judging by the fact that nobody in the RCMP has been prosecuted? No mass peaceful protests? I see no tangible evidence to back up your assertion, as much as I would prefer you to be correct. Canadians are far too passive. All they care about is the G.D. Kardashians, Starbucks and what not. Americans have a saying about us and it's kinda true: Give the Canadians some beer and hockey? They'll fold like a cardboard house in a CAT 5 hurricane. Never underestimate the L's.
