This whole getting hung up on single issues or individual points of view on a topic really take away from our efforts.

The Prime Minister’s Office dispelled any such speculation after the prospect of such an announcement was floated in the Commons this week by Tony Clement, the former Conservative and now independent MP."

I strongly disagree! Our efforts need a good starting point and "our hobby" is not it! We need something that cannot be easily dismissed!

So what would you call/name it for the masses to relate to us better?

Calling it a hobby between ourselves is fine but how do we relate it to the general public?

Did those guys in NZ say that I must have missed that part, my bad. I thought we have the right to be innocent unless convicted in a court, my bad again. How about if your a cop you do the right thing and say I am not going in there like this, call the guy up and talk before we go in. The only cops that have any balls to do that are the sheriffs in the states. But there is a pay check to be had and morals to be sold.

Calm down folks, the only firearms that ''could'' be required by law to be turned in for ''blue book value'' are restricted and prohibs.....ALL THE REST have been ''sold off'' to other people or have been lost is boating accidents......... of all the people I know personally, I think 2 still have a 12ga. single shot cooey and an old .22.
all the rest are GONE'' !!!!!!!

You don’t know the half of it. Tomorrow I’m turning in my guns to the buyback, donating the funds to Wendy, voting Liberal in October and marching in the next March For Our Lives rally. :rolleyes:

If someone wants to consider their own gun ownership as a hobby rather than an all encompassing life style it's their prerogative. Know what I mean?
 
We need to start a gun religion and use religion against them.

Seems to work for other religions that come here... No face reveal for pictures. Even my local mall had to give up elves and replace them these weird non-Christmas clowns... It bothered other religions...
