Can you identify this air pistol?

Can anyone identify this air pistol (pics are circa late 1970s or early 1980s)? (Or, at least, I am told it is an airgun. Looks primitive!)

I think you are correct. The round 'cocking lugs' at the rear of the 'action' are a pretty good tell.

Thought Acro at first from the side cocking button, but it's not that.
