CZ 75/85 acessories on a CZ97B

Are the Grips, Sights etc for the CZ 75/85 compatible with the CZ 97B 45ACP?

I just bought a CZ97B and I was wondering if I was able to get target sights, rubber grips and a different hammer for this gun?

I dunno, but the 97's grip is quite a bit larger...

I doubt it. Maybe .45 Witness grips.

The Hogue rubber grips for the CZ 75 will fit the 97B if they are heated.

I soaked mine in boiling water for about a minute & then stretched the front strap part of the grip. It's a tight fit but it will work.

I was looking just for grip panels and not wrap around ones...

try looking for anything that will fit a tangfolio witness or EAA witness, they are the same frame as the 97, i friend of mine has a Tangfolio witness 45 with the factory tangfolio rubber insert grips (not wrap arounds), the rubber is the exact same as the hogue wrap arounds i have on my 85 combat.
