This ain't 'Murica. Restricted rifles and pistols are treated essentially identically here.

Sorta

If its called a rifle and runs unique mags, then those mags would be limited to 5 rounds. (Like EVO and MPX)
If those were called pistols then they would be 10 rounds, but then barrel length wouldnt matter at they would always be restricted.

In this case those since they use glock mags then you WANT it to be a rifle. That way it is only restricted based on barrel length and you get the big mags.

Hence, essentially. From an end user perspective, there's little difference if the magwell accepts a pistol pattern magazine. I guess some rifles can be converted to NR if the FRT allows for it. But anyways.

Are you drunk again?

Soon ;)

I guess its perspective, I dont see it as "Essentially the same" I think it is very black and white and in this case you would NEVER want to see it as a pistol, only as a rifle.

Like always, I think you and i are meaning the same thing, just saying it in different ways.....

Hug?

Probably.

(I intentionally didn't specify which part of your post I was referring to ;))

These will be registered as rifles/carbines so the customer will have the option of installing a 18.5" barrel for a non restricted application.

To answer your questions.....I shoot in the US..... if I have anything under 16 inch barrel, I cannot bring in the US

If it is registered as a handgun, and is configured as a pistol, I can.....

Is there any way you guys can source some NR barrels for these? I’m sick of trying to get a preorder actually filled with the other dealers.
