Was given a tracking number two days ago but it hasn't shipped yet. I assume they jumped the gun, so to speak, and the transfer not completed yet.

what can you say to get approved over the phone. i usually get "well the cfo is still in the approval process and youre not approved yet, will contact you when you are approved"
