Licensed Gun Owners Fight Back !

The people involved should be charged with attempted order of however many people were at that parade. Potentially it could have happened.

Separate shooting from the parade.

I got my nephew and a friend of mine to sign up for the next RPAL course (both have their PAL now). Sweetened the deal for my nephew - told him I would pay for his course and then pay half on his first restricted purchase after completion of the course.

:)

Well put!
Wish we could see in every paper and social media.

20 000 AR's and the streets aren't running with blood or any other calamity.

Right? That's 20,000 plus the already 66,000 or so that were in private hands pre-panic. Probably pushing 100,000 by now. Add to that a couple hundred thousand other self-loading centrefire rifles both restricted and NR, like the SKS, Mini, Type 97, etc...

Funny thing about this is I had an argument on-line with a Fudd friend of a friend. He insists (still, despite me showing him photos of my own ARs and ads for them for sale at Cabelas Canada) that the AR isn't and had never been legal for sale to Canadian civilians (he says the photos are airsoft haha). His reasoning? Because we don't have mass shootings every day. That's proof the AR isn't available here. Not kidding.

He also played the "you don't need it", card, to which I responded you don't "need" your hunting rifle either, because they have these new things called grocery stores. Guys like him don't get that they're next.

PS - I had a Bushmaster QRC that I sold last year. I wasn't going to get any more restricted long-guns, but Bill inspired me to build an Anderson lower into a 7" PDW, and buy a Norinco CQ-A.

Any documentation on the 20k number so i can be shared on social media and whatnot?
I feel like the more reach this gets the more people will contribute to buying even more lowers and full rifles

20,000 in 3 weeks, in comparison there are 23,000 regular soldiers in the Canadian Army, but not all of them are issued with a rifle!

thanks to Bill and the Turd, I have to buy a new safe to hold the many newly acquired items!

flush the turd people.

thanks to Bill and the Turd, I have to buy a new safe to hold the many newly acquired items...

LOL me too. I've spent like $5000 on the sport this year, and that included another $700 for a necessary bigger safe. The ironic unintended consequence is we're boosting the economy on Trudeau's watch.

I think that the problem here in Canada is that the gun grabbers are trying to make " Joe Average" believe that we Canadians have unfettered access to
the guns that Americans can buy at their local Walmart. Nothing is even comparable. They try to convince the uninformed public that these mass shootings
are an accident waiting to happen. We can't own 30 round mags, our names are run through the nationwide police data base EVERY DAY, we all took a RPAL
course, here in Quebec we took a Law 9 course, and every Canadian has to be a member of a range. That's a lot of time and money just to prove we are responsible.
Those requirements set us miles apart from our neighbors to the south.

I got my CC MRR and it is, by far, my favourite rifle. Would LOVE to have a reason to buy an 18.6 upper... So let's get the ball rolling on classifying ARs the same as all other rifles!

I had no desire to get into the AR game. But this silly talk of an AR ban convinced me. I just bought 2 lowers and an extra for my son!
