I have been acquiring parts for my second EBR Rifle build.
So far I have acquired from the CGN EE or Site Sponsers:

Springfield M1a rifle
Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10x40 mil dot scope
Leupold Mark 4 scope rings 30mm
Sage chassis
Sage cantilever detachable scope mount
Sage VFG
KAC bipos adapter

I am still looking for a 18.5 inch barrel but I'm not sure where to get one I have looked around and not been able to find one for sale. If anyone has a line on one please let me know .
I am also thinking of getting the SEI 2013 dovetail gas lock

After looking long and hard. The wait time seems to be 4-5 months for a short barrel and several hundred dollars. I have decided to have the barrel cut to 18.5 inches.

In the mean time I have purchased a Smith enterprise Gas lock and front sight

Now I am on the hunt for a Smith enterprise m14/m1a Vortex Flash Eliminator. It seems to be sold out everywhere I have checked. If anybody knows where to get one please let me know.

Thanks for the lead, Yes I looked there with no luck they appear to be out of stock.

I did find the gas lock and front sight there though. I have emailed them about a option to special order but have yet to get a response.

Im going to call them tomorrow.

I have the same build except I used a Norinco rifle in the Sage EBR chassis.
18.5" bbl reduction and no front sight. as well and given the fact that I couldn't find a Smiths Vortex, I had a spare Smiths 5.56 bored out to .31 (as the bbl was reduced and threaded for 1/28 RH
