Fightlite SCR... Are they in Canada?

and do they count as a restricted? I really like this. They even come with a wood stock and forend. Buffer isn't like an AR it is similar to a Benelli shotgun.

They are restricted I recall. I remember questar selling a few lowers off after that classification was made

Is the BCG different? it must be right? the BCG normally travels somewhat down the buffer tube, and I can't see that happening with that rifle
