Ive heard the bcl102 can reach distances of around 800 meters. Does anyone have any recommendations for decent budget scopes that wont break the bank but will do the job? It would be for mostly during the day / evening

I had one of those cabelas ffp scopes kicking around i threw it on my blc and it worked well for what it is. Shot a few coyotes with it and it held zero well. I never used the turrets as im sure they would not re zero well but the Christmas tree worked well. I got it on sale for like $250 if i was to buy another cheap ffp scope i would try the vortex diamond back tactical.

Exactly, if I was buying a budget scope i'd want a FFP Christmas tree, so I can zero scope once and never dial turrets again.
It may not be well founded but i'd never start dialing on a sub 1000$ scope, too many things can go wrong (ghost clicking amoung other things)

What’s your budget? I’d look for something used on the EE. For 800m the Burris 3-9 is going to leave you severely disappointed.

Used scope off the ee. Used Bushnell elite 3200 or 4200 would offer good clarity over a lot of the other new cheap options. Used vx3 2-8 power or whatever
