Came across this guy’s site. He ships to Canada. I understand the issue is the exporting out of the US and not bringing stuff into Canada.
This is just a guy casting and selling and as far as I know he doesn’t have all the permits, etc.

If I ordered from him should I be worried about the ATF, CIA, FBI, Justine Trudeau etc hunting me down because I’m a bad dude? Or is the onus on the seller to,have the proper paperwork, check to see that I have a PAL, etc?

Don't know about him, but you should google "Jet Bullets" here in Canada.
I think the person who is doing the exporting from the US is the one the US Feds would be interested in.(if any interest at all)

But as far as our govt is concerned, if I have a PAL then I’m good? It gets shipped right to my house (I just pay applicable taxes, etc)

Correct...as long as you understand that if customs seizes that package, the seller owes you nothing since you are aware its illegal to export from usa.

USA customs may put your name on a list.

I’ll second Jet bullets. They make a great product. I cast my own plinking ammo but when I want to load hot, I use theirs. I shoot 375h&h, .44 mag and 45/70 bullets from them.

Top notch and a good value too.

Your PAL is of no consequence in this scenario...quite simply one is not required to take possession of slugs...oneither side of the border.

if your bound to bring some of those items into Canada from Stateside there probably is a "shortcut" to the paperwork required...simply ask the shipper to forgo all reference to "caliber" anywhere on your parcel labeled "fishing line weights...C/W wax filled string grooves for your attaching convenience"....
