Any truth the spring should be upgraded if regularly using heavy bullets?

The only 10mm that will not destroy itself over time shooting true 10mm is the Glock.
Any thoughts on the SF version?
It’s actually the other way around—the frame is shorter from to back. Have a look at this pic (it’s not mine just one I found on the web)The SF is slimmer side to side but is just as long front to back. You'd have to try it for yourself.
I should know that, I owned a SF 21.
GLOCK 20 SF (Short Frame)
The GLOCK 20 SF combines the SF (Short Frame) design with the powerful 10 mm Auto AUTO cartridge making the frame more comfortable and significantly enhancing controllability and accuracy. The SF design reduces the circumference of the receiver at the rear offering increased ease-of-use and control, especially to shooters with smaller hands. The GLOCK 20 SF dimensions also provide a long sight radius for better precision.
I'm still a bit confused about differences between gen 4 standard and gen 4 sf. I see the sf is lighter over all... Does it also come with additional backstraps? Grip length is just as long? Sorry, i live in the north so am forced to order sight unseen.
