Good day, I was just reading an older publication which stated that Tikka actions were smooth because they had a sleeve installed in the receiver, i believe they said it was Polymer. Do the t3"s have this? Thanks in advance.

No. Neither the T3's nor the 695/595's have the plastic sleeve. The sleeve was used in a series that preceeded the 695/595's. I had a Tikka Battue with the sleeve a few years ago. The model number escapes me (I think it might have been an M-55???).
