Tavor 7 - 7.62x51 FRT Has Dropped. Non-Restricted w/20" Barrel!

I am good on bullpups ever since I had an X-95 blow up next to my head. Had it been 7.62 instead of .223 I likely would have had grievous and permanent injuries.

IMI has not produced a good rifle since the Galil series.
Last pics I seen of Israeli troops invading Sidon, every single one carried M4 carbine besides the machine gunner.

I've seen some tavors and some IWI ACE's (which look similar to ARs) but you seem to be on to something. Lots of ARs.

It has taken a while for the IDF to switch over to the tar 21 and now the x95 and some M4 are still in play but not in the major Battleground areas.

As such the media perception is that the M4 is still their primary weapon because it's what's closest to where the majority of the media coverage takes place not on the front lines.

At least this is my understanding of it after cleaning as much information as I could from some knowledgeable folks who have served there, and with talking to TVPP about this topic in the past.

I've never hear much anything good about tavors. Not sure why people cream their jeans for them

The guy who made the video is a notorious AUG fanboy who has since been tarred, feathered, and run off of TFB on a rail because he opposes the elimination of the US NFA because it would devalue his "investments" - inhereted NFA firearms.

If you don't hear much good about Tavors you gotta be living under a rock. I spent years trying different uppers, lowers, accessories until I had finally built my perfect AR15. Then I got a Tavor and the AR never left the safe again. Sold it after it had collected dust for a year. And the X95 is even better.

That said not sure how I feel about the Tavor7. Looks a bit too chunky. I'd have to handle it.

Called around as I aswell eagerly await a 7. No one seems to have any sort of exact answer, this ranging from small gun shops locally saying they have few on the way to big retailers on the east and west coast having ZERO idea even about the firearm. Called the above listed and yes "pre-sale" for al's and go-t but when I talked to G4C I was given the answer " the .308 tavor is still with the RCMP and is yet classified, we will put them on the site when cleared."

I dont know, but IWI does a dsmn good job of keeping me on my feet and checking stores every day just for the off chance they may get one in..
