No, unfortunately they are considered combat shotguns under the USML and are only exportable for Military and LE contracts.

No, unfortunately they are considered combat shotguns under the USML and are only exportable for Military and LE contracts.

So, even the older M37/M87 Stakeout shotguns are now unable to be imported from the US?

And if the answer is the one we fear, when exactly did this change?

The ITAR has always had provisions for everything. The DDTC or the Dept of Defense Trade Controls is the governing body that enforces the rules and regulations for all USML items. What might have been the case years ago is no longer an option.

Every time there is a horrific event or defense products show up in a country where they are not suppose to those regulations get tighter and more complicated. Recently we have seen huge changes in export reform and I am sure there are more coming.
