Huntersdad...have you tried any of the CZ dealers?... I looked on Illingworth Imports site as I heard they import CZ's...Their selection of CZ is pitiful :( and of course no Brno Effect...I have also heard that London Arms is/was a CZ importer but can't find their website...Lots of english pubs with that name though:D...

After posting this on CGN and Accuratereloading, it appears that this rifle is so new that nobody has seen it or knows much about it. I am sure that more will be heard in the future. As far as dealers go, I talked to one CZ dealer and he had never even heard of the rifle. The quest continues.....
 
Looks similar (with the exception of the european buttstock) to the
Thompson Center TCR rifle.

There are other brno single shots out there namely the ZK99 and one with number ending 110,

Don't ask me when they were made I do know they are out there already and there have been one or two where the barrel got shot loose.
Won't stop me from getting one in the smaller caliber though(recoil shy here at that weight)
