VVN320 powder where to buy in Alberta

I've called or attended about 25 shops between Edmonchuck, Cowtown, and Lethbridge, and I can't find a shop that is: 1. carrying the powder, 2. has it in stock.

Does anyone have any suggestions where a guy may find it here in AB to prevent expensive shipping charges?

Excellent! How much to ship 1lb to T2J3WX ?

I'm doing some load research and really only need about 1/2 oz, but obviously am buying a pound. If the load works, will buy the 4lb and more later.
