Let's see some pic's of your SxS's & O/U's

Beretta 486 Parallelo 20ga. Picked up from Al Flaherty’s on sale about a month or so ago. Lucked out to this beauty being in a sealed box and never handled, and on the sale...

Here's the latest, circa 1880s back action Charles Osborne hammergun. Twist barrels, she's in good shape but very loose. Looks like it was well used but well taken care of. Superficial pitting on ends of barrels on the outside and none inside just dirty. Black powder proofed only, I will not be firing this gun until I have it looked over by a double gunsmith. I might put a couple 3/4 ounce 2 1/2 inch smokeless shells through it remotely if it passes inspection and get it tightened up.

Horsley 12 ga. hammer d.o.m. 1875

This is a gun that some would have seen in Oshawa this past June. It is one of those rare finds: all original and in fantastic shape, maker's case, and known provenance. Bar-in-wood stocking and side lever are the cherries on the cake. Horsley guns were absolutely of the best mechanical construction and workmanship, but like this one were often ordered to be austere with minimal use of engraving.

It’s a wonderful thing that guns were made for all purses and uses. While this is the plainest line engraving I’ve ever seen, the gun has the nice shape of all back-action hammer guns, and I hope it passes inspection!
