Tavor 7 compatible with AR 7.62 NATO pistol mags?

The next firearm on my wishlist is either a x95 or Tavor 7

Pretty much the only deciding factor is whether or not I can use a pistol mag in the 7.

I saw a thread on here from a while ago that mentioned th x95 is compatible with the LAR-15 pistol mags.

The Tavor 7 uses AR pattern 7.62 magazines.

Anyone have any ideas if something like this would fit/be legal in the Tavor 7?

Legal yes but it won’t fit. Those are 7.62 X 39; not 7.62 NATO (308). You need to find Robinson Armament XCR-M pistol mags

X95 and 7 are of different calibres. LAR-15 mags are for 5.56 NATO/223 REM

The link you posted links to a 7.62 BY 39, not any of Tavors available to us come in that calibre.

Your deciding factor is the use of specific magazine? What are you going to use this gun for that you need a 10-round magazine?

Thanks for the clarification. I misread the calibre on the tavor 7.
